Summer’s Last Hurrah @ Copper Union
A Family Celebration Benefiting the Waldorf School of Baltimore
Join us for Summer’s Last Hurrah—a joyful afternoon of sunshine, music, and memory-making for the whole family before the back-to-school busies takes hold!
On Sunday, August 24 from 1–4 PM, we are teaming up with our friends and community partners Stages Music Arts, John Newman Honey Bee Co, and Baltimore Hoop Love to help the beer garden at Copper Union transform into a family-focused wonderland filled with craft stations, food & drink specials, yard games, and a toddler play zone.
Don't forget about their Pizza, Pickleball and Craft Canned Cocktails and Beer!
Expect laughter and plenty of hands-on fun! Families can enjoy eco-friendly make/take crafts as well as:
🎭 1:30 PM – Marionette Puppet Story
🐝 2:00–3:00 PM – Live Bee Hive Demo & Honey Tasting
🎻 1:00–2:30 PM – Stages Instrument Petting Zoo
💃 2:45 PM – Hoop Dance & Play
🌞 3:30–4:00 PM – Free Play & Farewells
There will also be a drum circle, open-ended play spaces, and a chance to explore some of what makes Waldorf education so magical.
Best of all, 20% of all proceeds benefit the Waldorf School of Baltimore!
🧺 Gather your crew, and help us send off summer in style!
