This 4-week series is thoughtfully curated for beginners seeking a calm, supportive environment to explore the foundational postures of yoga. Our focus will be on reducing stress, releasing tension, finding ease in the body, and building confidence on the mat.
You’ll learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and how to modify poses using props—all to meet you exactly where you are. This series will help you cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and empower you to step into group classes with clarity and comfort.
We’ll explore:
• The primary benefits of yoga
• An overview of common postures
• Breathing techniques to calm the mind and body
• How to safely modify poses with props
It is our intention to provide a space that is warm and nurturing. We offer sustainable, accessible & diverse classes for all levels of experience in a non-competitive, inclusive, and supportive space.
