There’s a quiet voice beneath all the “shoulds.”
A part of you that’s tired of performing.
A self you’ve tucked away in order to keep moving.
This space is for them.
Join us for Unraveled, a one-day, therapist-led creative somatic mini-retreat for humans who are ready to shed old expectations, reconnect with their bodies, and return to their truest, most rooted selves.
Through movement, expressive art, playful ritual, and gentle group connection, you’ll be invited to:
✨ Release the pressure of who you think you should be
✨ Explore the masks you wear and what lies beneath
✨ Reclaim your creativity, your voice, your breath
✨ Experience authenticity without performance
✨ Be witnessed—and witness others—in their unraveling
This is not a therapy session. It is a soul-nourishing, therapist-informed experience rooted in creativity, embodiment, and shared humanity.

Brittany and Molly are here to create a space with the intention of connecting to our true selves on a deeper level than how we think we are meant to look, act, and show up in the world.
Many of us can feel disconnected from our bodies, creativity, and rituals that brings us back to that innate knowing of belonging and worth.
Symptoms of feeling disconnected from yourself can show up in different ways:
We are not here to co-regulate with lack.
You are not broken.
And you don’t actually need us for you to feel more connected to yourself!
We are here to share space with you and offer you practices that may bring you into your body more.
And those practices may increase your sense of freedom, belonging, and connection to creative spirit.
Unraveled: will meet you where you’re at and invite you to:
We will weave together both movement and art practices with the intention of feeling like a deep exhale.
There will be time to share, reflect, and witness one another as we move, create, and learn as a group.
This is a space for folks who love this kind of thing but haven’t had a place to explore it in a long time—and for those who may not feel fully connected to these practices yet, but sense there’s healing to be found in them.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up.
We can’t wait to create and move with you! ✨
Meet your Hosts:
Brittany Deutch (she/her), LPC, ATR-BC is a licensed therapist and art therapist who helps overwhelmed women and queer folks reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to push away in order to keep it all together. Through a warm, creative, and trauma-informed approach, Brittany supports clients in moving from self-doubt and disconnection to clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Through Brittany's private practice, Creative Source Counseling, Brittany offers both 1:1 therapy and experiential theraputic art workshops that blend art, mindfulness, and somatic practices—helping people feel more grounded, expressed, and at home in themselves.
Molly (they/them) is a queer, nonbinary, somatic psychotherapist keen on helping folx find safety in their bodies. They are a goofy, theatrical human artist. This means that they lean heavily on practices and direct experience that offer them a sense of spaciousness in both mind and body. In their private practice Magic With Molly, they offer a unique blend of breathwork, dance and movement therapy, talk therapy, self inquiry, parts work, indigenous wisdom, and energy work to support folx as they find their way back to their own innate wisdom and intuitive guidance. Grounded in humor and love, Molly offers containment for big feelings to be seen and validated, inviting folx to explore what it means to be their most playful, authentic, and magical selves.
