Trade Summer Program

At Michael & Son’s Trade Program, our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of skilled tradesmen through immersive, hands-on training in plumbing and HVAC work. We believe that the trades are the backbone of our communities—essential, honorable, and full of opportunity.

For many young people, college may not be the right fit due to financial, personal, or academic reasons. Michael & Son’s Trade Program provides a real-world alternative: a direct path to a stable, rewarding, and respected career in the skilled trades. Our program opens doors for youth to explore high-demand professions that offer strong earning potential, job security, and long-term growth without the burden of college debt.

We are committed to giving back by reaching our communities and uplifting youth, helping them build confidence, purpose, and practical skills. Through mentorship, education, and exposure to real jobsite environments, we prepare students not just to succeed, but to lead.
