We'll connect with the Earth cycle through heart-opening Cacao, intention-setting to the rhythm of the drum, and grounding ourselves in presence. This will be followed by a deeply immersive sound journey with voice, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and other resonant instruments. 🎶 🔔

Feel free to bring a symbol of summer, a flower, leaf, or natural treasure to add to our collective altar, honouring this beautiful season.
Also bring a mat, blankets, cushions, or anything you need to be comfortable and open.
