This is in a very nice and safe gated community. There is a 24/7 electronic access gate and there is a lot of free street parking everywhere. You do not need to worry about parking.
Our house is super clean and organized. You share the kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer with 2 other super clean, very respectful and quiet professionals.
The area:
* 6 minutes walk to Point Richmond’s downtown, with Peet’s coffee shop, bar, restaurants, grocery store.
* 10 mins drive to Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Target, Home Depot, etc.
* A beautiful trail where you can hike, run, and bike within ten minutes walking distance.
* Near parks, beaches and trails, and has nearby access to SF by ferry.
* 10 minutes drive to Richmond BART.
* 25 minutes drive to San Francisco.
* 13 minutes drive to UC Berkeley.
* Only 3 minutes drive to access the freeway to the Richmond Bridge and 580 to Berkeley/SF.
Rent includes Wi-Fi， water, garbage, and guest parking for free (when available).
