Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Relax and restore your mind, body, and spirit with restorative yoga and a sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls. Restorative yoga is done seated or reclined with the body supported by blocks, bolsters, and blankets to allow you to soften and open the body with passive stretching. Asanas are held for a longer duration, usually 5 minutes, to allow the body to deeply relax and release tension. While holding poses, you will enjoy a sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls that are specifically tuned for each chakra. The sound bath will help energy move through the body to release blockages and restore the physical, emotional, and energetic body and mind. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers. You must register in advance to guarantee your spot!
