PASOS/Thrive Thursday 12-week Series

Rising Juntos, Supervisor Gioia, and Councilmember Doria Robinson wants to make it easier for everyone to improve their health and wellness.

Starting May 15th, we will be hosting a weekly Thursday event from 5:45 to 7:00 pm at Nicholl Park, 3230 Macdonald Ave., Richmond. These will occur every Thursday evening through August 14 (except July 3rd).

Join us for rotating activities such as:

“Walk with a Doc” where a local doctor will answer questions and give advice
Yoga
Learn to Dance – Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia and More
Health and Social Services Resources
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Other helpful resources and wellness activities
