Join us for a series of relaxing and restorative sound bath events at the North Henrico Civic Association with Sarah of Moon River Float Trip.

You will enjoy the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls that can help you release tension, quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system.

Enter the building through the door to the left in the rear of the building.

Free Parking is available onsite behind the building in the SWIM RVA NORTH shared lot.

• Yoga or camping mat
• Blanket and pillow (for extra comfort)
• Water bottle
• Eye Mask Optional

*Chairs are available for those that cannot lie down

What to wear:

• Comfy and warm clothing
