About the event

Lafayette's Camp Wilton Open House
As Wilton House Museum commemorates Lafayette's Revolutionary encampment, we invite you to join us on Saturday, May 10th for a FREE family open house event!

The house and grounds will be open all day. Explore Wilton, a c. 1753 plantation manor house, and see our Parlor transformed into Lafayette's headquarters space!

Schedule of Events:
11am - Storytime and mapmaking craft (ages 4-12)
12pm - 1:30pm - Meet the Marquis de Lafayette and James Armistead Lafayette and learn about their relationship during the Revolutionary War!
2pm - Learn about Liberty tea and make your own blend

*Advanced registration for this exciting event is strongly recommended*
