Join us for a special evening of bluegrass in one of Vermont’s most treasured historic buildings. We’re returning to the Round Church in Richmond, a beautifully preserved landmark built between 1812 and 1813, for a night of bluegrass.
Originally serving as both a place of worship and a town meeting hall until 1880 and 1972 respectively, the Round Church is now a National Historic Landmark and a beloved gathering space for concerts, weddings, and local events.
Known not only for its rich history but also for its remarkable acoustics, the Round Church offers a truly unique sonic experience. The circular architecture creates a warm, resonant soundscape that brings acoustic music to life in ways few venues can. It’s the perfect setting to experience the lonesome harmonies and driving rhythms of bluegrass.

Forest Station is a Vermont-based bluegrass band with a sound that’s as adventurous as it is tight. Formed by guitarist Eli Martell-Crawford and mandolinist Alex Skowron, the group took shape after moving from the Rocky Mountains to the Green Mountains, where they joined forces with banjoist Thomas Bryce. With bassist Rob Strasenburgh and fiddler Silas Hamilton in tow, their music blends the heart-pounding energy of bluegrass with spontaneous jams that keep audiences on their toes.
Their debut album, Earth Tones (2024), reflects their deep connection to nature and their innovative approach to traditional string music. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes that surround them, Forest Station is quickly becoming a staple of the New England festival scene, where they continue to push the boundaries of bluegrass while staying rooted in its rich history.
