This practical session will help you:
• Understand each level of tension, from complete relaxation to total rigidity.
• Experiment with how different tensions influence character presence and physicality.
• Apply these techniques directly to key characters in Sweeney Todd.

Whether you’re new to Lecoq’s method or looking to deepen your performance, this is a valuable opportunity to enhance your acting toolkit ahead of auditions.
