Yoga at CQ Forsyth on Wednesdays at 6 PM

Weekly FREE yoga for the community! This event is made possible by the sponsorship of The Collins Quarter at Forsyth.

Join us in the park every Wednesday at 6 PM for a yoga class with Dani B (Danette Bauer) Lay your mat or blanket in the grass, and unwind midweek with an all levels vinyasa class.

Dani’s classes start grounded in breath, build some heat and test your balance before ending your practice in rest. Expect some sprinkles of personal insight and reflections of ancient yoga philosophy.

Invite a friend, hydrate + have sunscreen/bug spray (just in case) and maybe even yoga props like blocks to support your unique anatomy.
