Self-Care September: Animals & You

This September is all about you! Take time away from the stress and chaos of day-to-day life, and learn how to manage your most important resource: yourself. Can attend all sessions together or each session separately.

Session 3 - Animals & You
Make dog and/or cat treats and spend some time with our special guest: therapy dog Hazel the aussiedoodle!

Teens only (ages 11-17 or grades 6-12). Registration required.
