Yoga in the Park

Find your flow with Yoga in the Park! Join Lara Carpenter for rejuvenating Hatha yoga sessions Monday evenings at Krouskop Park.

Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Lara will guide you through a class with modifications to suit every fitness level.

What to bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• Your own yoga mat
• A water bottle
• Bug spray

Session 1: Mondays, June 9 – 30
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Cost: $50 per session
Location: Krouskop Park by the Veteran’s Memorial Pavilion (will have class under the pavilion if it rains or in the community center gym)
