Hike YogAdventure @RHP

Our Hike YogAdventure: Sunday Series is an opportunity to connect with nature and nurture your body and mind. As we hike mindfully through the forest, we'll explore mindful yoga sequences as well as breathing and sensory exercises amidst the natural surroundings of Richfield Heritage Preserve.

Guide: Lisa Meranti

Level/Ages: open to ages 12+ (youth must have guardian participation). All participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain for up to 2 miles.

Gear: hiking boots, hiking poles (optional), no mat needed

Fee: $17 per person; 15% will go to Richfield Heritage Preserve; Richfield resident discount upon request

Cancellations/Refunds: If we need to cancel due to weather, we make that determination 2 hours in advance when possible and notify via email or phone call. You will have the option to reschedule or get 100% refund. If you cancel 7 days prior, you will get full refund (minus EventBrite fee); within 7 days, no refund is available.

Sun, Dec 14, 3 – 4:45 pm | starting from Chagrin Valley Cabin (community potluck at the end of hike)
