This gentle, modified yoga class is open to all women and welcomes participants of all physical abilities. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, recovering from illness, or are simply interested in Yoga, this class offers a supportive space to move, breathe, and heal. Learn pain-free techniques and guided meditation practices to support your health and well-being.
What to wear:
Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement and relaxation. Think stretchy skirts/pants, leggings, joggers, or shorts paired with a t-shirt, tank top, or long sleeve layer. Since this is a gentle, non-intensive class, there’s no need for high-performance athletic wear—just something you feel good sitting, stretching, and breathing in. Layers are encouraged so you can stay cozy during meditation. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, but you’re welcome to wear socks or shoes if preferred.
