This event is a 20-30 min Introductory Breathwork facilitated by Chad Fahllberg, followed by 1 1/2 hour Sound Bath Immersion by Musical-Poetry with Ernest Ochoa and Svetlana and Matt Anzak. Instruments will include Gongs, Singing Bowls, Bells, Chimes and Didgreridoos with Tuvan/Mongolian Throat/Polyphonic Harmonic Singing
