Inner Peace Sound Bath led by Sharon Wittmann and Alison Trapp. Peace begins within. As we become centered in our Heart Chakra we can connect with the energetic field of Peace. We begin with a heart-focused breathing technique that helps the body shift from tension and anxiety to a state of peace and well-being. Then the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments provide a gentle and nurturing space to relax, de-stress, and rest in a field of Peace and Love. Space is limited to 25 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort and arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
