Gratitude & Grounding: A Free Community Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience led by sound healing practitioner Jenny Gibbs at Altered States Wellness Richardson. This immersive journey will bathe you in healing vibrations, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.

🔹 What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are enveloped in the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound therapy instruments. This practice encourages deep rest, reduces stress, and supports emotional balance.

What to Bring:

✅ A yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

What to Wear:

Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. As your body relaxes, your temperature may drop, so consider layering up or bringing an extra blanket.

While you are there, take a tour of our studio and learn about float therapy, sauna, cold plunge, red light and more!

Stick around after as Self Unbound will be onsite providing free nervous system scans. We will also have complimentary mimosas, kombucha and product samples for your enjoyment.
