FREE NSG IMPACT COMMUNITY DENTAL & VISION CLINIC 2025

Never Stop Grinding Impact & The Office of Joe Baca Jr. will be hosting our Annual Free Dental & Vision Clinic. The event will be located at the Carl Johnson Center in Rialto (214 N Palm Ave Rialto CA), July 12th, 2025.

This is an walk up only event, no appointments or insurance needed. All services are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Additional pre exam/treatment registration will take place at the event. Please bring a form of identification. (Eventbrite registration is required, but does not guarantee services).

*There are no income restrictions that will prevent you from receiving services. All treatments are 100% free of charge!*

Dental:

Exams, Cleans, Fillings & Extractions

Vision Services:

Full Exam, Free Prescription Glasses if needed. Made On-Site (If unforseen curicumstances arise, glasses are mailed)

Lastly , this is a one day event. We do not have the ability to service participants on dates other than the mentioned date.
