After the Birthquake- First Meeting!

I’m so excited to invite you to the very first After the Birthquake gathering!
This will be a laid-back, supportive space for women who’ve experienced birth trauma to come together, connect, and begin healing in community.

We’ll have a cozy night with tea, light snacks, conversation with other women who truly get it, and a simple, meaningful craft to do together. I’ll also be sharing more about my own story and how this group came to be.

**It doesn’t matter if you’re freshly postpartum or years past your birth experience—**if you’re carrying the weight of birth trauma, you are welcome here.

Please note: To help us focus on healing and meaningful conversation, we kindly ask that children not attend. Young babies are welcome, as I fully understand the need to keep them close.

This event is free to attend, with an optional donation if you’d like to help pitch in for the space or materials.
