🔥 Through an intimate 6-wine vertical tasting of back vintage, current vintage and future release of the Watkins’ Heritage Series Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignons. These wines are limited release, aged for 24 months in oak, and praised by esteemed wine reviewers like James Suckling and Ned Goodwin MW for their power, elegance and site expression.

🍇 Guided by winemakers Sam Watkins and Sid Pachare, this relaxed but structured tasting is a rare chance to experience the winemakers’ perspective of the evolution of two Clarendon icons, side by side. $25pp.
