Morning Practise @ White Lotus

We come together @ White Lotus 🪷 for our morning practise session. Starting our day and our week by tuning our mind and body to wellness and positivity 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

This container is intended to help anyone who wants to start adding daly physical practise into their lives OR simply loves doing practise with other like minded people.

The practise will be an opening of the body - gentle warm ups - yoga postures and/or flow. Connect to the sacred. We will use it as a reminder for the gift of life.

Any stage of the yoga journey is welcomed. Beginner to an experienced practitioner. No one will be turned away because of a lack of money. Donation based.

Yoga mats are available at White Lotus.
