Austanátt er splunkuný hljómsveit sem spilar fönk, tangó, diskó, čoček og allt þar á milli en helst dans- og partývænt. Skipuð af 7 blásurum og einum trommara, tekur hljómsveitin mikinn innblástur að austan á hnettinum; komið og djammið með okkur í fimm, sjö, níu og (stundum) fjórum.
Austanátt er skipuð af Daníel Þ. Sigurðssyni (trompet), Hannah O'Connor (trompet), Huga Jónssyni (túba), Ingibjörg Azimu Guðlaugsdóttur (básúna), Kristjáni Rúnarssyni (klarínett), Óskari Kjartanssyni (trommur), Rósu Guðrúnu Sveinsdóttur (baritón saxófónn) og Sólveigu Morávek (alto saxófónn)

Austanátt is a brand-new band playing funk, tango, disco, čoček and everything in between as long as it's danceable. With 7 wind players and a drummer, much of the band's inspiration comes from points east of Iceland; come party with us in five, seven, nine and (sometimes) four.
Austanátt is comprised of Daníel Þ. Sigurðsson (trumpet), Hannah O'Connor (trumpet), Hugi Jónsson (tuba), Ingibjörg Azima Guðlaugsdóttir (trombone), Kristján Rúnarssón (clarinet), Óskar Kjartansson (drums), Rósa Guðrún Sveinsdóttir (bari sax) and Sólveig Morávek (alto sax)
