Mummy and Me Fitness Class with SCULPT by Jamie

Looking to get back to exercise after having a baby? Or simply want to get out and meet new people? I am excited to be running a weekly Mummy and Me fitness class at Club Energy, Retford for new mums and their little ones.
These sessions will be ran by a L3 Personal Trainer, L3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise coach and new mummy, in a private studio, separate from the main gym. There will be space for your little ones and you are welcome to feed, change and bring toys.
£10 for the hour. Block bookings available.
