Dear BUETians:

It’s time for our annual picnic. BUETianUSA cordially invites you to the 2025 BUETianUSA Annual Picnic on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Lake Fairfax Park (Shelter J & K), Reston, VA (Address: 1400 Lake Fairfax Dr, Reston, VA 20190).

Come and join us for an entire day of fun, good food, adda, sports, games, raffle draws, and networking. Winners will receive prizes.

Picnic Contribution:

- Adult $40 (Member $35)
- Children (6 -17 years) $15
- Children (0-5 years): Free
- BUETian Student at US universities $25 (Member $20)

Please RSVP on Evite (for headcount purposes) and pay your picnic contribution by Tuesday, May 20, 2025. When making your payment, please include a note specifying 'BUETianUSA Picnic' for the picnic contribution or 'BUETianUSA membership' for the membership fee, along with your name and contact information. Registration will not be considered complete until payment is received.
