Black Light Kava Yoga Night

Come on down to Darren’s Studio in Renton for an immersive and inclusive experience with black lights and sound.

I'm proud to introduce an all-floor yin yoga and meditation session—a one-hour journey with breaks to enjoy kava in between.

Yin yoga encourages deep relaxation and flexibility, helping to train the mind and nervous system to slow down. Through breathwork, you’ll be guided into the theta brainwave state—diving into your subconscious in a truly profound way.

Feel at ease and centered as the calming effects of the kava plant blend with gentle, sustained stretches. By the end, it might feel like you've just woken from a dream.
