Step into the weekend with intention and ease. Sunset Reset is a calming sound bath experience designed to help you release the energy of the week and reconnect with your inner stillness.

In this 60-minute session, you'll be guided through a meditative journey supported by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to the practice, this evening is an invitation to rest, realign, and welcome the weekend with grounded energy.

Bring your favorite yoga mat or towel, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy. We'll provide the atmosphere, you bring your intention to unwind.
