Join us in the cool, peaceful space of Wildflower on 7th for a deeply relaxing indoor sound bath designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments, you’ll be guided through a restorative experience that soothes the nervous system and supports your body’s natural healing.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat or towel, blanket, pillow, eye covering: whatever helps you get cozy and comfortable
✨ Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
