Held in the cool comfort of Wildflower on 7th, this 60-minute sound bath is perfect for anyone seeking calm, clarity, or a moment to simply be. No prior experience is needed: just bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported.
