Lions Gate Sound Journey + Cranial Scaral

Sound journey with breathwork, guided meditation and hands on cranial sacral therapy.
Gentle yet effective practices to assist you in receiving all the abundance and love from this transformative portal.
This is a collaboration with Jessica Kepfer of Mountain Massage and Movement who will facilitate all the cranial sacral work, and Carri Arata of Ancient Body Works who will be facilitating the sound, breathwork and guided meditation.

Please arrive by 5:45 to get comfortable. We have every type of cushion, mat, pad, bolster and pillow you need to get comfortable. Option to sit in chair, or sit on mat, too. However it's most comfortable.
