Intro Silversmithing: Gemstone Rings with Mandalynn Jewelry Designs

Join us for a two-day workshop where you'll develop the skills to craft your own handmade silver gemstone ring! Mandi is a local jeweler who has been dazzling Reno with her creations, and hosting workshops in our space, for years.

Suitable for all skill levels, this class will guide you through the complete process of creating a fitted ring band and a custom bezel for a gemstone cabochon.

You'll learn essential techniques such as cutting, shaping, filing, texturing, soldering with a gas torch, and bezel setting, all while enjoying hands-on experience and demonstrations. By the end, you'll leave with a unique handmade ring and the confidence to explore your creativity further.

Gemstones available for purchase may range from roughly $15 to $75 depending on stone selection.
