Hammocks, Sound Medicine, & Breathwork

Join Leigh (owner of Purposeful Living) and Bianca (Breathwork facilitator) as they guide you into higher states of consciousness with breathwork, sound healing and hammocks @ Soltara

The breathwork will slowly guide your system back into balance, while the sound will fill your system with positivity and alignment. The hammocks will cocoon you and bring the feeling of being held by the universe.

An open mind
eye mask (not necessary)
blanket
journal and pen

Come a little early to find parking. The parking garage on 1st street across from the old movie theater is a good space to park. If you do park there bring your ticket to be validated.

This will be a wonderful experience to remove sickness, anxiety, dis-ease. It will bring your system back into alignment while removing any heavy energy your body is carrying.
