Eating Smart – Being Active (English)

This free weekly class is on Mondays and Wednesdays, through June 25, at the Paradise Park Community Garden

Monday Dates: 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23
Wednesday Dates: 5/28, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25 (note: no class on 6/4)

Attendees at all of our events will receive small cooking and/or gardening supplies, including seeds for your garden!

Eating Smart • Being Active teaches us how to eat better and have more active lives. Classes include: physical activity, nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, food preparation (cooking skill development), food safety, food resource management and food security.

In your email, please provide us with which location and series you would like to participate in. Note that to earn your certificate of completion, you must attend 80% of the courses in the series you choose. Questions may also be sent to the email above.
