Stretch & Snuggle Yin Yoga with Cats

This class will lengthen & strengthen your body — all with the help of our friendly felines. Cats will participate at their leisure & students may stop, drop & cuddle as needed. Proper stretching helps prevent injuries, increase energy & helps the body get in balance. 16+ are welcome. Bring a mat.
