Empowered & Connected: A Women's Mental, Physical & Sexual Well-Being Group!

Come join us at Alta Vista Mental Health for an event focused on empowering women to take charge of their Mental, Physical and Sexual Well-being. This group is one-of-a-kind as it is lead by a PsyD. licened and trained Clinical Therapist who has taken a special interest in the unique concerns of women's overall health from an evidence based practices aligned with a holistic approach.

Whether you're looking to learn more about self-care, coping strategies, or simply want to connect with like-minded individuals, this event is for you. Let's come together to empower ourselves and build a strong community of support. See you there!

This is a 12-week group series. Each group is 90 minutes long.

You can join one of the following groups:

• Tuesdays from 5 pm - 6:30 pm. From August 5th - Oct 21st
• Wednesdays from 12 pm - 1:30 pm. From August 6th - Oct 22nd
