Chakra Alignment Soundbath

Join us at The Paloma (located at The Basement). It is such an amazing space. Bring your yoga mat, pillows/blankets.

The Helping Moon will provide drinks/snacks and a free goodie bag filled with crystals and a teaching about those chakra crystals.

Purposeful Living will provide the sound medicine for the evening.

Please check in at The Helping Moon (by 5pm) first to receive your crystals so they can be cleansed with sound!
