Welcome to the 2025 Inaugural Debut of SciVenture Science Fair!

Come join us at The Discovery for a day filled showcasing innovative projects by the young talent in our community. Join us at this in-person event to celebrate the hard work and passion of the next generation of scientists.

This is not new for our community! Reno's long-standing tradition of a Science Fair was held at UNR, but during COVID-19 the fair was lost. Now with the passion of two students from neighborhood High Schools, Reno is bringing back the Science Fair —stronger than ever.

This May, SciVenture in partnership with AHA Projects and The Discovery, the Northern Nevada Science Fair is expanding its reach to include students in Reno and the surrounding areas and reserves. Our vision is to create a lasting tradition, passing leadership from one generation of student organizers to the next.

While your presence is a gift in itself, if you can, your donation will fund essential expenses, including venue costs, materials, and ribbon prizes to recognize students who excel in their projects. By contributing, you are directly supporting young scientists and fostering a passion for STEM in our community.
