Brooke Harper, DVM Equine Veterinarian, Evelyn Hickman, RN, President, Equine Rescue Ambulance, and Karen Clark, Emergency Preparedness & Grants Manager for the Maryland Department of Agriculture’s Animal Health Program will be joined by stable inspectors Peggy Morgan and Ellen James to discuss ways to anticipate, prevent and react to equine emergencies.
