Swinging out for a cure!

Join us for an hour of Kettlebell movement and mobility as we swing together to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. Most of us have been touched by breast cancer in one way or another so let’s get together and swing in honour of those whom have lost their lives and for those whom are still battling.
All funds raised will be donated to the CIBC Run for the cure.
Suggested drop in donation - $20
