Qigong Tuesdays (Free for those affected by evacuations)

Interested in learning or continuing a practice of Qigong and Tai Chi or in finding out about these practices? Would you like to learn how to move slowly in a calm park setting while learning self-defense?
Siheng Wybo will be leading Tuesday evening classes in July and August.
Qigong - 7:15pm to 8:15pm
-Release tensions from the body and promote circulation
-Strengthen respiratory muscles with breathing connected to movements
-Quiet the mind
-Feel energized
Tai Chi Chuan - 8:15pm to 8:45pm
All the above benefits along with a martial arts
Cost:
Pay what you can
Half of the funds will be donated to the Food Bank
