Start Your Wing Foil Journey with a Land Lesson

So you are wing foil curious but not quite ready to jump in the water. Well then this class is perfect for you.

Cost - Only $25 and we provide all the gear and no wetsuits needed! RSVP recommended but walk ups will be welcome.

Bring a hat and a bottle of water. Put your sunscreen on before arrival. This class is held outdoors.

The class will be one hour long land based clinic for folks looking to explore Wing Foiling. This is a great opportunity for people who are curious about the sport and what it takes to learn. The 1 hour session will cover wing handling basics, winging terminology, safety, walkthrough drills. You'll put a wing in your hand and experience just what it feels like to have the power of the wind in your hands in a risk free environment.

Topics Covered

- Basic Sailing and winging concepts

- Wind, terminology, slang, equipment, safety

- Walkthroughs on how to hold wing, fly wing, how to go upwind, downwind, jibe, flipping wing over in water, self rescue, stance

Taking this class on land will better prepare you for your first on the water experiences.
