Murdoch Day family crafts!

Join us for Murdoch Day on Saturday 7 June, as we get inspired by 200 years of the railway by making travel journals!

Learn how to make a simple softback book from scratch, including how to attach pages and make a book cover. Look through old photographs, maps and tickets from train travel in Cornwall and let this inspire you to make a travel journal.

This activity is for all ages and it’s free! Just drop in from 10am-12pm or 1-3pm.

In case you’re wondering, a travel journal is a book you can write any story in that involves a journey, from your daily walk to school or work, travelling to the beach or travelling out of Cornwall.

You can take your journal home and fill it with stories of your travels.
