Mindful Art for Wellbeing with Sunrise

Join Sunrise for an opportunity to enjoy creating artwork in a safe and supportive environment, with a workshop designed for any level of artist to enjoy, or for those that want to come along and have a go!

The session will give you an opportunity to mindfully express yourself with paints, charcoal or pencil, inspired by a variety of music genres.

Our experienced event leader Hazel will guide you through easy ways to explore whatever art mediums you choose, while you pause and take notice of the here and now.

All of our events are for Adults affected by loss through suicide, and we will have trained facilitators on hand should you need some time out during the session.

All art equipment will be provided, as well as a hot drink and some cake from the Village Kitchen courtesy of Sunrise 💛
