Go Gold! Charity yin yoga and yoga nidra for CHSW

A 2 hour yin yoga and yoga nidra session, with all money raised going to Little Harbour, CHSW in recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Yin yoga is a slower-paced practice, working deeply into the connective tissues of the body. With longer holds, yin yoga is a great way to get in touch with how your body feels and how it needs to be nourished.

We will finish with yoga nidra, a healing practice where you simply lie down comfortably and are guided into deep rest and relaxation.
