About the event

Meditation 101 Class
Join us for our guided Mediation Class where you will learn basic meditation techniques, understand the fundamentals of mindfulness, and explore ways to incorporate meditation into your daily life for stress reduction and improved well-being.

If you can not attend in-person, we will have a Zoom link to join remotely.

*This class is a prerequisite for all of our other classes.

We will also have a Wellness Open House after were you can stop by anytime to receive a complimentary Biofeedback Scan, be able to ask questions and/or try sample of our doTERRA products.
