Grief Aware Workshop: Facilitating Conversations, Creating Community, Navigating Grief

How can we be prepared to navigate grief? If you have lost a loved one and don’t know where to turn, this is a safe space for you to explore your feelings and find community.

Traveling among the mountains and rivers, we take calculated risks often and usually everyone makes it home. But sometimes, people don't make it home.

Explore and learn tools for grief, death and loss combined with an integrated gentle flow yoga class and shared discussion focused on healing, awareness, and learning.

This is a sliding scale class with a suggestion of $15 or more.
