Turning of the Light: A Solstice Candlelit Yin

Join us for this very special Yin to welcome in the longest night of the year and prepare for the Winter Solstice!

This gentle stretching Yin class will feature special music, essential oils, and the warm glow of candlelight while focusing on breath work and setting an intention for the renewal of the solstice.

Through this calming, gentle stillness, the body restores balance and opens to a renewed flow of prana, which is our vital life force.

Details:
All levels are welcome to this calming class. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets provided. Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is suggested. The studio is kept at a comfortable, moderate temperature for ease and relaxation.
