Corissa will demonstrate how to make a delicious sourdough bread strata that includes a custard made with sourdough discard; accompanied by a perfectly ‘pear’ed winter salad.

This is a cooking demo from 10:30-11:30am followed by guests enjoying this brunch in Arome’s wine bar. Your first serving of a ‘cranberry blood orange mimosa’ is included within the ticket price. You'll leave with the recipe for both the Sourdough Strata and Winter Salad, along with the confidence to whip up this dish for a stress-free holiday morning.

Optional Purchase: Jar of Sourdough Starter – $10

Allergens: wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts. Please note in the comments section when purchasing your ticket, whether you are vegetarian or nut-free, so we can accommodate this request, we are not able to accommodate requests at this class for gluten or dairy free.

Tickets are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event. You are welcome to give your ticket to a friend if you are unable to attend. It would be greatly appreciated if you could notify us of any changes in attendance so we can send out reminders to the appropriate people.
